Plans

The free plan runs a real signup. Paid plans remove the caps and unlock the controls that show a crown in the builder. Your plan is under Settings → Your plan. That bill is separate from ticket money, which goes to the Stripe account you connect.

Free

Free is $0. It is enough for a small group, a potluck, or a single classroom.

  • 5 signup sheets.
  • As many slots as you want on a sheet, totaling at most 50 spots. A row cannot be set to unlimited.
  • 50 sign-ups per sheet.
  • 1 custom question, and it has to be a short text field.
  • The included themes. Premium themes and animated effects stay locked.
  • SignupKit branding on the public page and on My page.
  • 50 reminder emails a month. The confirmation email is included and does not come out of that 50.
  • 3 contact groups.
  • 100 MB of documents, 10 MB per file.
  • One plus-one on an RSVP. A higher guest maximum is paid.
  • Ticket payments, with the same sheet and sign-up caps.

What paid plans add

Weekly Pass is $12 once and lasts 7 days. Pro is $10 a month or $99 a year. Both include the list below. The pass caps document storage at 5 GB and then expires. Pro does not cap storage and does not expire while you keep the plan.

  • Unlimited sheets, unlimited spots, and unlimited sign-ups. Rows can be set to unlimited.
  • Unlimited contact groups.
  • Unlimited custom questions, including dropdown, checkboxes, multiple choice, number, poll, long text, and waiver.
  • Password-protected events.
  • Custom confirmation subject, extra confirmation note, meeting link, and email-only downloads.
  • Email invites from Messages.
  • Reminder emails without the monthly cap.
  • Premium themes and up to three animated effects.
  • Hide past slots.
  • More than one guest per RSVP.
  • QR codes on the publish dialog and on My signups.
  • SignupKit branding removed from the public page and from My page.
  • Cover image and accent color on My page.

A sheet you already published keeps working if a pass expires or you move back to free. The paid controls stop applying: password protection, premium themes, effects, and a cover image no longer show, and a custom field past the free limit has to come off before the sheet will save again.

Organization

Organization is Pro for a team. It starts at $29 a month for 5 administrators ($290 a year), then 10 seats at $49, 20 at $89, and 30 at $129 a month. Yearly prices are ten times the monthly price. Every administrator, including you, takes one seat, and so does a pending invitation. What the team can do together is in Organization.
