Organization

An organization is a shared workspace. Several people run sheets, see the same contacts and documents, and read one set of reports. A single organizer does not need it. Pro on one account is the right plan until more than one person has to administer the events.

When to use it

  • A PTA, church, or nonprofit where the person who built the sheet is not the only person who should edit it.
  • You want one bill for the team, instead of a Pro plan on each login.
  • You want sign-ups over time, fill rate by sheet, and which administrator is running which event.

Reports and Organization appear in the account menu only for people who belong to one. Everyone else who opens those addresses sees the plan explanation, not an empty dashboard.

Administrators and seats

Open Organization. Invite an administrator by email. They take a seat when they accept. Pending invitations count toward the seat cap, so a full ladder will not send another invite until someone is removed or you move up a tier. Removing an administrator drops their access to the organization’s sheets immediately.

Seats are 5, 10, 20, or 30. Prices are on Plans. Switching tier changes the monthly or yearly bill. The plan card states the new price before you confirm.

Moving your existing work in

Sheets, contacts, and documents you made on your personal account stay personal until you move them. Organization has a step that shares that existing work with every administrator. Sheets created after you are in the organization already belong to it. Confirm that step only when the other administrators should see those people, files, and signups.

Reports

Reports covers every sheet in the organization, not one event. It shows daily sign-ups, fill rate for the busiest sheets, and sheets grouped by administrator. Export of the participant data is part of the same plan. One event’s own roster, including its CSV, is still on that event under Manage a signup, and that export does not require an organization.
